trouble free parking, transfer bus waiting so very smooth outward. Had to wait a while for bus upon return but otherwise very happy!

Very impressed with the booking and parking side,but did think the bus drivers could be a little more helpful. On the return journey it was very reliant on the client to make sure you were at the right stop, the notice onboard the bus was not visible to all.

Very smoothly. Bus driver cheerful and helpful. We like the Long stay at North Terminal better than South - not such a long walk to the stop at the terminal.

We unfortunately went into the wrong car park but all the staff were so helpful, within 10minutes we were directed and parked on the correct one. The bus collected us within 5 mins and we were taken to the south terminal. On returning the bus collected us and as we were the only passengers took us straight to our zone and bus stop. Simple easy and well worth the price - fantastic and thank you for making our journey headache free.

I used the post code on your email which drove me to short term parking. I did not stay in short term as I soon realised I was in the wrong place. However on my way out I was charged over 3 pounds.

My only issue was that I was told over the phone that the Disabled parking would be easy to use on my arrival and in reality, we were directed towards car park B and only then realised that the Disabled parking was in car park A. We therefore were unable to use it which was slightly problematic for my partner who has slight mobility issues.

Everything went well from your side of things. You had no control over the flight delay...but l would recommend everyone adds at least an hour to their car park time to avoid extra charges

Barrier did not recognise my reg no. upon entry. Had to have the window open for a long time (getting soaked in pouring rain) before someone answered the HELP button that I'd pressed. I was then told to take ticket and my paperwork to customer service centre at exit on leaving car park. That took another 5 minutes. So no big deal, just got wet and wasted time.
