The staff were very helpful. Sadly the battery was flat in the car when we came back after a two week break and they had the AA gentleman there with us in under 10 mins. Fabulous.

Everything was fine with the parking, the only minor thing was a long queue on the passport control (I don't have a British passport), which took more than an hour. So my colleague who had a British passport was a bit anxious waiting for me.

Everything went smoothly, just the return was a bit of a bun fight to get on it - had to miss the first bus and get the next one. Shame it couldn't have been a bit more orderly at the pick up point.

The long stay car park is convenient for the terminal and on site hotel with excellent regular transport connection to the terminal.

Almost perfect although the Long term bus stop could be better signposted. Also the bus driver had shouted to ring the bell if we needed him to stop (didn't hear him) and didn't stop at our stop

Everything was smooth, the bus times displayed when the next bus is arriving regardless of weather it is a drop off only bus or a pick up bus. This was the only thing I noticed.

I always use HolidayExtras for my Long Stay car parking as to date. Confirmations emails arrive immediately which enables me to keep a register of my bookings as I make many bookings throughout the year. To date I have not had any problems with checking in/out of the Long Stay Car Park at Gatwick South Terminal. Their drivers are very polite and helpful which is a blessing! I would therefore recommend the service as a whole. Thank you.

Use Holiday Extra a couple of dozens time, never had any problem with the service, once I had a query and when I phone the office to enquire. The phone was answer quickly and the enquiry was resolved and I like the 0800 number which means they don't want to make extra money when people in distress or booking the service. Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

One minor, the pick up buses all stopped at point 1, even though there was a bus already there. this meant that from 2 onwards the pick up points filled up, until 1 was empty and 2 became the first stop, and so on.
