We tried to ring you when we arrived back but your office closed. Our car wouldn't start and we tried to ring you. As it happened the barrier went up ok about 3 hrs later than we expected.

Always easy and faultless. I broke down one evening on my way back from Dublin and was waiting for the AA I have to say 6 bus men asked if I was ok each time they stopped near me . It was reassuring as I was alone at 19.30pm

arrived approached barrier took ticket all ok. bus drop etc. Return put ticket in machine charged £125 and no exit ahhhhhhhhhhhhh called desk help had to repeat booking name and car reg - person looked it up and said sorry and opened barrier ? No idea why it did this ?

All went well apart from the bus driver taking us from the car park to the airport. He drove dangerously, setting off when people were still trying to stow cases and cornering hard causing passengers to fall over
