Yes to both questions. It would be good if you were able to have more control of the situation with the supplier to enable the making of changes direct with them if the passenger's situation changes.

Booked long stay car park this time at Gatwick as the price was right on offer. All was perfect with the parking, so simple. 2 minute wait for bus. Drop off was excellent and quick. Return was just as good, Bus within 5 minutes and dropped off back at the car within 10 minutes. No moaning kids having long waits!!! Excellent and will book again if on offer.

We travelled over the New Year and there were long queues for the bus back to the car park on the 2nd Jan, we waited for over 1/2 hour in the rain, which was not ideal.

There is often a long wait for buses which can get very crowded at peak times. The heating on the bus was on full blast and like a sauna. Some people could not get on the bus despite there being empty seats and plenty of room at the back. Drivers should be more pro-active in asking people to move down the bus.

Finding the leave to the car park was confusing, with exit signs leading you round in a circle! More than 1 car ended up at entrance barriers as it seemed the way out.

There were not enough transfer buses running at a busy time on our return. This does not reflect on your service, but maybe you should put pressure on Gatwick parking to improve their service
