Everything went very smoothly, on exiting the barrier would not take the ticket but when we pressed for assistance someone answered quickly and got it sorted.

Bus stop close to car and reasonable wait for bus when we left . Returned early morning and stepped straight onto an otherwise empty bus that took us back to the car park in no time. Driver helpful and friendly. Excellent service and location and fair value.

I had difficulty finding my car in 'Row 18' of section A. Row A is not a row but follows the perimiter fence. It would be good to have more numbers to differentiate between areas. Numbers don't cost much. Otherwise, very good, as usual.

Everything was fine, easy to locate car park, buses were frequent to airport terminal. Didn't really encounter any staff other than the bus driver. Good value for money and suited our needs.

It did take a long time to find a parking space and it is very frustrating to keep driving round when one has a plane to catch. I believe that extra spaces should be made available by opening up another zone when spaces are limited. The only thing that would be helpful is a toilet!

Long stay at gatwick is huge & it should be made clearer to u to make a note of ur car park letter & number of bus stop.if u don't,when u get back its hard to find ur car.buses can get very busy & with everyone trying to get cases on board it's just a big free for all & a bit stressful

Yes but after booking parking you came back with an extra 10% off airport hotels. I had already booked hotel before parking. Annoyed I could have saved on the booking.

brillaint location, great price, very easy and quick to use this car park. only way to make it any better would be to highlight the exit back onto the motorway when you leave. there is only a a VERY small exit sign once you have left the carpark and it is very easy to miss.
