Maybe you can highlight that you must not press for a ticket. Had a bit of a shock at the exit when it told us we owed 170.00. All got sorted at the customer services. Know for next time.

Easy to find right near the south terminal. Transfer 5 mins as advertised drops off on level 2 and picks up on level 2 - making life easy.

every thing was ok but on way back barrier would not open after inserting the ticket it demanded £56 payment where as I already prepaid it on line luckily I had my ref. no. with me and the staff helped me to get out .

Everything went smoothly. The location was easy to find and so convenient. Drop off and pick up from buses were on time, with little delay. Customer Service is conveniently located near the exit as I had additional charges. Staff were very friendly on the phone and in person. Brilliant service, happy customers

Warning to others!Have frequently used Holiday Extras and didn't check details. Having arrived at wrong car park and then found our way to North not South Long Stay car park it could have been tricky.Fortunately we had allowed plenty of time and we were going from North Terminal anyway.The staff at both car parks were kind and helpful.I shall be double checking all details in future.

I accidentally parked in the North car park rather than the South at Gatwick. Staff very kindly and quickly changed my ticket on departure without charge.

Booking hotel with parking - it's cheaper to book the Hilton and long stay Gatwick south separately than with an HE combined deal. And long stay south is much closer to the airport that the car park in the deal. Not a good offer then.
