everything was fine and very easy, I use this parking a lot from Gatwick, although the bus drivers are very helpful they do take their sweet time and just drift off and talk to other bus drivers while you are waiting, so waiting for the bus and then sat waiting for the driver to finish talking is a little bit of a joke and its not the first time its happened, other than that its a very good service

Waited two minutes for a bus to take me to the airport, two minutes for one to pick me up. Only down side was on return to my car, limited lighting at the car. Not good when i was the only person who got off the bus at that stop and am female. With the exception of this everything else was outstanding. Price, ease of booking, convenience.

WHEN I WAS LEAVING I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGE £245. I PRESS THE HELP LINE AND THEY SAID MY PERSONAL REG COULD NOT BE CHECKED AND SAID I SHOULD TELL THEM HAS I CHECKED IN. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT OTHERT CAR PARKS

We were extremely disappointed that after notifying Holiday extras that our flight home had been cancelled from Tromso, and that we were unsure of when we would return, to then get back 20 hours later to be charged at premium rate for a days extra car parking which was not our fault. We I had a text conversation with a member of the Holiday extra team, Claire, she told me it would be a discretion decision regarding our extra car parking payment. Considering we regularly book in advance with Holiday extras,and that I had contacted you regarding our misfortune, I found it extremely disappointing that such a high rate was charged. An explanation would be appreciated, as would some compensation.

NPRS could be improved for my two-line registration plate. On my most recent booking I only entered the top line of my registration plate and that probably would have worked but for a sticker on the number plate (well away from the other characters) was mistaken for a 1.

We arrived after just after midnight and waited at the designated spot for bus pick up with everyone else but pick up bus did not stop. Driver was picking up passengers at drop off point and drove straight by designated point. There were many irate passengers and it was longer than 10 minutes between buses.

As a solo traveller at 3.30am I felt very safe using the Long Stay car park, - well light. The area I was directed too had plenty of spaces, just a short walk to Bus Stop, bus came within 5 minutes. Excellent value for money.

All fine except for the bus transfer. Driver started the bus throwing everyone off their feet. Our luggage was not stored and I sustained some very nasty and painful bruises.
