We returned to Gatwick @7.45 for the transfer bus , and had to wait a good 10 minutes for one to turn up and depart to the car park. Seemed much slower than normal

easy to follow directions to parking area, swift transfer from convenient bus stop, with very little waiting time ( we opted for the second bus to arrive- only a couple of minutes to wait!)

My car wouldn't start so had to get a cab, then told could not get even part refund although I wouldn't be occupying a space for the entire week. Very disappointed, especially as I was going to pay extra £1.50 and was more or less talked out of it by girl I made reservation with!

Car park had not received change in booking from 4pm arrival to 4am arrival, so unable to gain entry automatically. Had to go to office on return to have ticket authorised.

The bus stop although easy to find had an arrow which confused us. It looks like we were in the right place on our return but was a bit nervous we weren't until the bus arrived.

Smooth but not very obvious from the ticket that the system had recognised our advance booking - instead of just printing the reference it would be better to also print the words "Advance booking" or even be friendly and print the customer name!

The car park is easy to find, although it's much less easy to find how to get out to the main roads again afterwards! Bus drivers were helpful.

Car was situated in a bay very close to a bus stop but there are walkways to the stops wherever you are situated. Overall opinion.... I felt comfortable leaving my car and will definitely do so again!!!
