Only slight problem there are so few coaches to the car parks they were packed and some people could not get on bearing in mind this was mid afternoon in March it does suggest perhaps you need to increase the number of runs you make or have the ability for the drivers to be more flexible.There seem to be plenty of coaches but they were not picking up.

A very convenient car park only 5 minutes from the terminal via frequent bus service. Number plate recognition on arrival so really easy.

Unfortunately when we returned home the bus driver for the Long Term Car Park failed to stop at our bus stop even though we had pressed the stop button and the bus said it was stopping so he had to drive round the whole complex again which meant all the other passengers were also inconvenienced

Smooth but because the Longstay carpark is so large and used by so many people it takes over an hour to get to and from your car to and from the terminal. I would much prefer using meet and greet next time as it is far quicker.

The one thing I can think of that could be improved is the signage at the Gatwick Long Stay car park: the signs for Zone C are rather misleading.
