you could organise the bus service and sighs for pick up, the bus stop has moved and the signs are not clear enough, also we had to wait for 30mins ,because of the amount of people waiting to get back to the carpark at 11.30 at night this is not a good service people started to argue and fight to get on the bus!

It all went according to the instructions. We were only a very short drive from the terminal. The bus arrived in around 5 mins.

Rgn not identified at barrier. Delayed while staff checked and issued ticket. On return, their ticket showed £230 due which might have terrified another driver. Long Stay staff helpful, but it was not as easy as you advertised.

We usually use this service 3-4 times a year. This time, the bust collecting us after midnight didn't turn up for over 1/2 hour. Even another staff at long stay car parking asked the driver who turned up why there were 2 buses missing! Not good hanging around in the cold after a long day flying home.

The shuttle to and from airport gets packed and there is no queuing system. This needs to be managed better but otherwise everything went smoothly

Very busy on arrival back from Berlin. Didn't make it on to 1st bus even though we arrived before people that made the bus. It was a bun fight to get on. If there had been a queue then at least the 1st arriving would have made 1st bus. Then 2nd bus v full so took a long time to get round to our car park (E). Will use Meet & Greet in future. We were trying this out for 1st time. It was ok, however, when we arrived at the airport on Saturday, altho all the bus stops in E were closed so we had to chase down a bus with some other passengers as we were walking around trying to look in D for a stop.

There did not seem to be enough coaches for a busy Sunday evening at 7pm. When it did arrive it filled up very quickly and set off. The coach had no audio facility nor any video to tell you which zone or stop you were at. The driver refused to say where we were and subsequently a number of people got off at the wrong stops. All in all a very poor service.

Happy with the location, ability to park quickly and layout of thr car park. Only issue was the length of time waiting for the bus to the airport and consequently the amount of people waiting for the bus and luggage made it a little bit of a "bun fight" to get on the bus. Some people at the stop couldn't get on and had to wait for the next bus.

Excellent service etc. Quick easy and really close to the airport. Shame some folks can't park very well though as with a car parked tight and overhanging into the road way beside me and another sticking out on the opposite side of the road, I was very grateful for the power steering and sensors on my car.

On the return when we presented our ticket we were told we owed £125.00 when we had already paid, I had to go to the office to have this sorted out, no problems there the assistant was very helpful.

Facilities great, staff was arrogant because I had private plate she was abrupt in her manner as the ticket was not dispensed automatically I had to use the intercom and she said abruptly that I would always have this problem as its a private plate when I have used other airport parking facilities with holiday extras and never had this problem before so she is wrong not a pleasant woman

The long stay south car park is very easy to use. Spaces are a good size. There are plenty of bus stops & the buses are regular.I have used this car park many times before & will continue to in the future.
