Everything was as described and we pre-paid on line. However, the card you take on entry for the barrier to open didn't acknowledge we had pre-paid when we tried to exit later and requested payment again. Soon sorted through the intercom though and we had no further issues.

The facilities are good, the transfer buses frequent and it is on the airport site. All in all a very smooth process.

Great service. Easy to park. Only waited a couple of minutes for the bus to take us to arrivals and coming back waited about 5 mins. All very efficient - much better than parking off site.

We flew with Easyjet from South Terminal - all very easy and quick. But the flight came back into North Terminal, which is apparently quite common and nobody had told us this. The directions back to the South are poor and this was a real hassle after a 5 hour delay. We just wanted to get home! As you know which flights people are on, couldn't you warn them?

Long stay parking signs for gatwick official parking not clear on leaving airport. Ended up following signs for purple parking. Waited 15 minutes for bus that was then too full toget on too. Had to wait for the next bus. Very frustrating.

Everything went very smoothly. Directions were spot on, parked easily and transfer to terminal was very easy too. Exit signs from airport on departure were inadequate and getting out once leaving Gatwick Long Stay is confusing - I had to drive out through the short stay, picking up ticket on way in and then exiting - clearly others have done the same as signage implies that this is a mistake commonly made.
