I had to go back to car park after 2 hours as easyjet cancelled my flight due to storm katie. Asked car park office to help and they referred me to you and I sent a request for help wit the cost on Monday and have received no reply

Sorry we never met any staff, but, I plane was delayed by several hours and money was very tight, I did add a couple of hours onto the booking after the planned landing time but we did arrive three hours later than that, it was no problem , and we were let through with no extra charges, very grateful for that as because if the delay at the airport we had run out of money!

Yes parking was easy although I did notice spaces coned off? there did not seem to be sufficient transfers for the volume of people so maybe looking at seasons when more people would be travelling would be an idea and increase buses at those times?

When returning to the UK we got out car and went to the exit Barrier and inserted the ticket to exit and got the shock of our lives when it told us that we owed £360.00. We had pre-paid our car park stay, we had to press the call button to speak to an assistant and after around a 3 minute we got connected we explained what was going on and the assistant advised what to do however I did not hear to clearly over the intercom and waited for the ticket to be returned and the barrier to come up but after about 3 mins it did not. I then realised that there was a flashing button I pressed it and the card returned and the barrier came up. Please can you let me know why it came up with £360.00 initially.

On my return to Gatwick following the air traffic control strike in France, the Airport parking decided not to charge me extra even though I was late. Thank you, this goes a long way to making a painful journey back home a bit easier
