Needs better instruction on where to actually take the shuttle from. i was told to wait at one of the bus stops and was there 45 mins, i then had to go back and ask again to someone different who informed me of the correct place.

No, on return to Gatwick there must have been 150 people waiting for a bus. Clearly one had not been past in a while. There was no monitoring of people flow at the bus stop. I would expect a bus to have been dispatched specifically. It was a zoo getting on and unfortunately not helped by selfish passengers who blocked aisles with bags. Consequently the buse left with easily 10 spaces despite the crowd.

Barrier did not recognise private number plates so had to call for assistance. All fine- bus was so quick, dropped right outside. Friendly bus driver. Easy booking system.

On the plus side, I (stupidly) went to N Term C/Pk rather than S, pressed the button for a ticket. On return, the exit barrier flagged up a price to pay, but the chap in reception sorted everything ok. on the negative, there was a total crowd control failure at the N Term pick-up; hundreds queueing for the transfer bus and none came for 35 mins, when there was a surge that nearly injured small folk. Arrivees couldn't get off the bus and the aggression/ swearing and general mayhem was unseemly. Once on the bus, there were no announcements or visual indicators about bus stops and my own stop, (No 12) had no visible sign - only an A4 sheet of paper stuck on the shelter and not visible from the bus side. This was all 3rd world standard and not befitting a premier British airport. Very poor.

I tried to amend my booking online and the amendment was successful (well that was what the web site said)however the date hadn't changed and I had to pay an extra £15 to get out of the car park.

We could not find a space in Car park C which was the only one open when we arrived. We snuck into D and parked there which was fine. A number of cars were circling C looking for spaces.this is the first time this has happened to us. Your services were all good. Thank you

It was OK, all went smoothly and the facilities were as described. As the car park is very large it takes the shuttle bus a long time to visit all the stops. Price bit high compared to off-airport competitors.

I had changed the original booking and even though my car registration was recognised on the way in, I wasn't let out on my return. At the barriers a message stated that I had to pay £45. I had to reverse, which meant all the cars behind me had to reverse too and I had to go to the office to correct my ticket. This isn't what to expect when you pay in advance. Very disappointed as it has never happened to me before, but also because the attitude of the staff who dealt with me was unfriendly. No explanation, no apology, not even a comment. He couldn't be bothered less.

I have used your services before to book this car park. It's an ideal car park as its on site and a short distance from the terminal. The buses run often and efficiently. Your company gave me a small discount on the price and the documentation is emailed quickly and I've never had any problems.
