All went as expected, except that I had lost my exit ticket. Just a few minutes in customer services by the exit, to prove my identity, and I was on my way.

We just followed the instructions and all went very smoothly, only had to wait 5 minutes for transfer bus,likewise on return. Good value!

Good location right next to airport a bit hard to find a space as was packed full at time we arrived (6am). Shuttle bus service very good org to and from airport. Not very clear how to get back onto motorway though more signage would be useful.

Only problem was I came in at midnight and took 15 mins to find my car because it was too dark to read the signs.

Second time where I go to the exit and the machine tells me I owe money (£50). There is then a delay until someone answers the intercom. When they do, they question me as if I'm in the wrong - long pause - then I am allowed to go.

Everything was just as we needed it. There were staff available if required. Bus driver was pleasant and wasn't worried about how long we took to get all of us and our luggage off the bus, especially at 2.30 in the morning with two very tired children.

Always choose holiday extras for my parking at Gatwick south. Today the staff excelled themselves. After a Greek air strike and 2 days delay home I was greeted with the most amazing service . They kindly took me to my car and sent me on my way. Just home so Grateful Thankyou

We didn't see any staff other than the bus driver who was friendly enough. Easy enough to find, bit of a drive around to actually find a space but all in all a good experience
