Yes, lovely room, nicely decorated. But very noisy due to new corridor doors by the lift. Need to let people know about, car park charges at time of booking.

Yes all went well but we found it hard to enter the car park as my sat nav took me to the Hilton and the sign was so small we had passed it before we realised it was so close to the airport.

When we arrived there were only a few spaces and it was very difficult and time consuming to find aplace to park. I wasfettinga little anxious that we might missour flight.

The staff was helpful and everything went as programmed. The only thing is that I allways receive an email promising a 10% discount and it's never applied. A bit expensive.

Yes although there were a lot of flights arriving and big numbers trying to get on first bus that arrived. I was lucky to get on. The bus driver at that point radioed for more buses. Surely you know how many are arriving back and when if you have flight details.

Bus driver drove off as we approached it and it wasn't full. Car park badly lit at night. Upon finding exit a bus driver directed us out the wrong way causing delay.

The booking worked well and our arrival at gatwick was fine. On our return, there was a queue of well over 100 people for the bus and we waited for about 30 minutes before we could get on a bus to return to the car-park. The buses turned up roughly one every 10 minutes, but this still meant a long wait as the queue was so large. At peak times, would it be possible to put on more buses?

Very long queues and very crowded. I couldn't manage all our cases and ski equipment as it was so packed. Therefore I had to find the pick up point and leave my children there with all of the luggage - get on the bus on my own (as I was the only adult) and then drive to pick up my children and cases etc. Very poorly managed.

WE LEFT GATWICK WITH EASYJET FROM SOUTH TERMINAL BUT RETURNED TO NORTH TERMINAL. THE WALK WAS LONG AND TEDIOUS AND VERY BADLY SIGN POSTED WHICH WAY WE HAD TO GO VIA AN ELEVATOR AND TRAIN. THERE WAS ONLY ONE SMALL SIGN WHICH TOLD THE WAY AND EVERYBODY WAS CONFUSED HOW TO GET TO THE SOUTH CAR PARK
