You need to highlight the fact that the whole of your address given is to be entered into the satnav. I initially followed postcode directions only, then realised it was wrong. How about highlighting this near thetop of your page? In my return I had a flat battery, your rep Tracey was polite and courteous and sent the breakdown man immediately, no cost incurred whatsoever, fantastic service. Well done .

On arrival at carpark we were directed to zone F where we found plenty of spaces. Bus came within a couple of minutes... On Return, again bus arrived within 2 minutes. Very satisfied. Wish everyone prepaid there parking - got caught behind someone who hadn't.....

Yeah, always the best place to park at Gatwick. 2 minutes to the terminal. Took 10 minutes back to the car as the bus stopped at every car park and every stop and we were stop 16, but still the best way and surprisingly cheaper than the offsite car parks on this occasion.

When we arrived the barrier didn't open but one quick call to your staff and the problem was resolved without any fuss or delay to anyone else. Bus service was quick and reliable in both directions. A very easy service would recommend to anyone.

Everyone was very helpful. We had a problem when we got to terminals, and had to return home. The staff at the parking were very understanding as said that if we were able to return the next day they would sort it for us, which they did. We would, and do, recommend your service. So a big THANK YOU.

Only one thing Easyjet flight landed north terminal instead of south and their instructions on how to pick up transfer bus to car park was not clear. Otherwise everything fine.

arriving at the exit barrier it came up that we owed £250....obviously an error as we pre paid. We backed up causing other cars behind us to have to back up, and tried another barrier machine...the same happened. We then had to back up again and park into the area infront of the kiosk. Your staff in the kiosk wasn't at all apologetic and was very abrupt and rude. Maybe employ more polite staff or give them training how to give polite customer service. It really isn't that difficult!!!
