It seems the last 3 or4 times I've booked through this company I have issues when I leave the carpark It's not registered with the carpark and I have to contact customer services to get out Annoying when I'm trying to get home

Everything was super smooth and very very easy to use. As described. However, the post code given on the confirmation lead us to the short stay car park at Gatwick, not the long stay that we had booked. This was quite stressful situation.

Yes, everything went smoothly, though my ride to the airport took longer than expected, but I found the car park easily. It would be more helpful when signs put up in front of car park in which zone are free parking spaces. It took me a bit to find a free space. Otherwise all fine.

No, very long wait for the bus, and the driver did not stop to he bus stop near our car park. We were more that 5 people waiting until after 25 min a person told us the bus station was not used.

Yes, very efficient parking. No hanging around. Only problem was we had to buzz customer services when entering, booking not recognised, then on exit asked for £240, but this was soon rectified.

It is the best place to park for LGW to ensure you will get to terminal as it's not impossible to walk if push came to shove. The local roads can get grid locked. Normally parking is no problem but this time we were directed to a very full section and finding a space took a while, which was annoying.

I don't think you can improve the service. I scored 8 out of 10 for the first question because zones A and B weren't open so we had to drive to zone C. This is a bit petty but still a high score for a good service.

More buses are needed for early morning flight departures on this, and previous, occassions I have found it difficult to get on one of the buses due to high volume of passengers. The cause was the , high concentration of cars arriving at similar times in one car park area. Other problems caused by inconsiderate passengers "jumping the queue" and gap between bus departures

I was led to believe the lounge bar came with unlimited food and drink so I was a little disappointed to be told "sorry you are only allowed one food order whilst in here" if I had known that I'm sure I would have ordered more than just a lousy bacon roll, especially when we still had 3 hours before the flight was scheduled to leave?!!!

Everything went smoothly and we cottoned on to the fact that when you are travelling back on the bus you have to ring the bell when approaching your stop otherwise the driver will continue as some passengers found out.

Everything ran smoothly from car park to airport and even though my flight was delayed 3 hours coming home I was not charged any extra for the booking going into the next day.

The only issue I had was that the pick point where I parked was closed and there were no instructions stating where to go to catch the bus. Nor was there a contact number to call for help. But I had a number on my booking conf to call. Otherwise all went well. It's a good and convenient site to park.

Everything went smoothly, directions to car park were accurate, didn't have to wait long for bus to and from the terminal. We had no problems with our ticket at the barrier on leaving but a number of customers did, meaning we were stuck behind them at the barrier to leave! All instructions were clear to me and my group on how to exit the carpark, and there was even a reminder whilst we were on the bus!
