There were delays in getting on a bus on arrival as there was a blockage caused by a bendy bus broken down. We had plenty of time so we were not late for check in. The message on the info board at the bus shelter was unclear as it said "drop off point only" so had to walk to another bus shelter which of course had the same message. On our return the announcements over the sound system on the bus could hardly be heard above the noise of the engine.

We had to drive around car park C several times before we found a free space. The digital sign in bus stop 7 had a board over it saying the bus stop was not in use. I had to call the office who confirmed the bus stop was actually in use!

We were a little confused that we were in the correct car park to start with, but once that was solved, everything went to plan. Transport to and from car park was easy. We had no problems at all.

Great service every time and so easy to book. I know my car is safe and I know where it is ( not in a field). Transfers are quick and very regular. When I'm flying from gatwick, I won't park anywhere else.

Late night flight arrival and huge queue for bus to car park - no control method in place so lots of pushing in front whenever a bus arrived. We ended up getting on the 4th bus that pulled up as had no desire to be trampled in the rush as they arrived.
