Improve on perfection? I had the best experience, as everything went perfectly. From the ease of getting in and parking, to the efficient bus service right outside the departure entrance at the airport - I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a 'stress-free' parking experience at Gatwick!

The parking at Long Stay South and transfer to and from the Airport is very good however the camera always reads the last part of our licence plate as VGM instead of VCM so that when we return from our holiday the machine states that we owe the amount for the number of days we have been away even though we have pre-paid. This means we have to buzz the operator via the ticket machine and explain the situation. Usually this is then sorted out quite quickly but this time the operator couldn't find our details. When we tried to explain that it had it had recorded the wrong number she wasn't listening at first just replying of course it took a picture of our number plate as it was a car park. After 2 or 3 attempts to get her to listen and stop being glib we had to shout at her through the machine that the number it had recorded was incorrect. She then asked what our correct number was and everything was then sorted out. So it would help if your cameras recorded the correct info as the camera at Gatwick North doesn't have this problem and also if your staff listened to the customer's explanation politely before giving sarcastic replies.

Your booking was easy .... When we returned home at 1am the first bus was full so needed to wait for another which also got full . Then we had to travel though all of the car park zones from A to G stopping at all bus stops sometimes with no one getting off.... It took about an hour to get back to our car.

Once I left the arrivals hall, I was in the car park within 15 mins. The screen and audio information on the bus kept you updated as to your location at any time in the car park zones and although I actually drove out of the car park just after midnight, I did not pay any extra charges

We had no problems parking, the bus came immediately and we only had a few minutes wait on return. Car park was secure and we like to keep our own keys.

Everything apart from boarding the bus when we arrived went smoothly. There were too many people and not enough buses. People were panicking. The signs in the bus stop also read as closed, all very confusing.

Easy to find and park. Bus was pulling up to stop near by. A couple of minutes to south terminal. On return signs to bus stop clearly seen. No more than 10 minute wait for bus.

The airport lounge No 1 at Gatwick wasn't great for the price, you are only allowed one snack and there are no nibbles such as crisps etc . the long stay carpark at Gatwick was very good though

Very good car park on the airport. However only one zone open on arrival and only a handful of spaces unoccupied, so took time to drive round and find a space. Opening more zones would make it more convenient.

The directions to get to the bus stop to pick up the bus to come back to the car park were not very clear. ...we went to the ground floor as this was where it was directed for buses and coaches.....It was however on the 1st floor. We also got back late at night and was difficult to find our car....despite putting no of row on our ticket.

Long Stay South pick up and drop off service was a shambles. At Zone E pickup I waited with others and the live information gave a countdown in minutes to when bus was coming, got down to 1 minute then told us bus would not be coming. No instructions of any kind on what we were to do. We all walked about third of a mile towards entrance where a staff member spotted us and then ordered a bus to pick us up. On the return trip it was chaos. We were crammed into the bus like cattle with our luggage, those of us who were standing had to hang on for grim death during journey to car park, children who were standing with their parents were crying as they got thrown around. At each stop (and there were about 12)passengers with heavy luggage had to disembark with their luggage to let others off and then lift their luggage back on again. The whole system needs rethinking. I suggest the buses need a luggage hold seperate to the passenger area, also that there is only seated passengers allowed and compulsory seatbelts.

All was very good, particularly on our return. On the outward journey however we had to wait 20 minutes for a bus on what is advertised as a 10 minute service. that's why we would score an 8 rather than a 10.

Staff were helpful even when my Reg was not recognised they sorted it. I was not excepting any other trouble with ticket on exit. But again I had to press help to solve it. Which is annoying when we had an hour delay as well other than that they were fine.

Bus pick was so slow going out waited over 23 mins and still could not get on the first bus had to wait for a second seems no organisation. Return very good

Was a little shocked on return when I put the card in the machine to say I owed £125. I had already paid prior to my holiday. I went in to the customer services and spoke to the lady on duty on the issue was immediately rectified with no fuss.
