I wasn't sure what to do when I got down there but it was fine in the end. Once I got my ticket that had my booking reference on it all made sense. The buses were fine too:

Not a good experience waiting more than an hour for bus pickup. Lots of buses sailing past dropping off but not picking up. Added stress and nearly missed flight.

There was a note stuck to the machine on exit that it wasn't accepting credit or debit cards. Luckily I didn't need to use either, but it's too late to stick a note on the machine itself. Also, not your fault but the signposting out of the car parking to the motorway is abysmal.

Shuttle drivers were really helpful they let us get on when it was snowing instead of making us wait til they went round. Transfer was quick

Everything went smoothly, found a space ok, got on a bus fine, dropped off right outside terminal, then on return, found bus stop no problem, bus came within a few mins, got back to car & off on my journey home with a hitch. Very good.

Great directions. Car park easy to find. Regular clean buses and short journey to the terminal. Return trip similar. What more could you ask for.

When I placed my parking ticket into the machine to leave it said I had to pay £125:00. So I had to contact help to find out why. The lady was very pleasant and asked a few questions and finally let me through.

tried to book via quidco but didnt track - also when I went to book south terminal parking it didnt show me that as option as flight was from north terminal - had to use online chat (which meant booking took longer than expected) for help but customer service agent was very professional and sorted my problem out quickly. Have used Holidays Extra before and will definitely use for parking again

no problems for us but if you could provide a stamp system that records bus stop on ticket when you park then it would have stopped a delay caused by a couple who had no memory of which stop they parked at and delayed the bus whilst driver tried to help.At 2am this was a little tiresome

Parking is excellent! I forgot where I parked my car but the bus driver was very helpful and helped me locate my car by driving around the section of the car park my ticket was for, at 2am until I spotted it! He wasn't even annoyed, bless him! Massive car park - definitely need to write down or take a picture of your parking section / spot / buss stop!

Had to wait longer than usual for the bus to the terminal but otherwise it all went relatively smoothly my return flight was delayed but this was not a problem as I had given my flight details when I booked

ticket would not issue on arrival so had to call the enquiries. on departure gate would not open so again was forced to go to enquiries . several other people had the same problem

The bus to the parking on our return was very late, slow, and dangerously overcrowded with toddlers running in between people who were standing, then falling over when the bus stopped. Very poor safety standards.

Carpark A was a closed zone when I arrived, however, this was very poorly sign posted and led to some confusion. nce I found where I was able to park the parking was fine

Staff were very helpful, everything was easy and we had no issues at all. Very easy to get from the South car park to the North terminal via a shuttle between terminals. So very easy.
