Very easy service to use, I was surprised how easy it was. The instructions given were great and really help. I would have liked to have seen little pictures to go with the instructions just a personal preference :)

Ticket was not issued when we arrived so had to call over the intercom. On departure, i had to go into the customer service booth as the exit barrier was requesting further payment when we had already pre-paid for our parking. Not what we needed when we wanted to get home after an 11 hour flight with our toddler. Rectified very quickly but still not great about the inconvenience.

Everything was really good except on the way home there could have been at least two buses to collect passengers as the bus was very full which took longer then for people to get off at their stops as people were trying to shuffle about with their luggage to let others get by and collect their luggage.

No problems bus waiting when we arrived.Long stay service easy to use and only 5 mins to terminal. Only problem car needed a wash on return, covered in green dust!

I panicked because I couldn't find the email confirmation so was worried all holiday that I was in the wrong place even though I knew really that I wasn't. I then found confirmation by text after I got home! Everything else was great though, such a pleasure not to have to get on a train after landing. I will now always drive to Gatwick, it's so much easier. Not a bad price either, worth it for lack of train and ease of getting home. Bus service to and from terminal was great.

Everything went very smoothly. I did panic a little as my flight was delayed, but the small print on the email did tell me that the parking was booked in 24 hour chunks.

Not to far from south terminal. Frequent bus transfer. Make sure you note the bus stop number and your parking bay.

The bus pick up point has moved from previous years & we went to the wrong floor initially, so better signposting in the terminal( for tired passengers!) use colours & pictures.

Use Holiday Extra for over a dozen times, never had any problem. Once e had a query and it was resolved quickly. Like the 0800 number for booking and enquiry so you don't get rip off by premium phone line. Will continue to use and highly recommend . Thank You for excellent service, keep it up!
