Staff were lovely. Good was horrendous had to eat out every night which costed a fortune. No hot water for the first two days in the room and the shower leaked. Also holes in the walls and filler filled (not painted over) and unfinished repairs. The entertainment staff were lovely as were all the other staff and the actual hotel lobby, pool and beach was dry nice. Sadly our flight home was also delayed by 3 hours with nothing really at the airport.

My number plate wasn't recognised at the barrier so had to speak to a member of staff who told me take a ticket and speak to them on our return. On our return gave them our booking reference at the barrier and they et us out without any problem.

Is all down to price. Normally park with airparks but they have got to greedy. Yours was a faction cheaper. Much closer, overall yes better, I park my own car, you have less staff to pay. In theory you should be more competitive and steal the lions share of the market.

The exit gate did not read my parking ticket and initially said I owed £125!! Your helpful member of staff said the number plate reader did not acknowledge personal plates, but of course, opened the barrier for me without further delay. Perhaps the software needs revising.

This was amazingly hassle-free parking. Number plate recognition worked perfectly allowing quick entry and exit. No waiting for bus to or from terminal, very quick transfer and drivers very helpful. I like that we park ourselves, keep our keys and rate very reasonable!

The pickup bus from the airport took 28 minutes from leaving the terminal to dropping me off at the car. There were a few people for car parks A & B, and the rest in G like me but unlike other drivers who ask you which bus stop when you get on, this driver drove very slowly past every bus stop. Hence 25 minutes after entering the long stay car park to getting to bus stop 17.

We find this the best system (and safest) to park our car when we go on holiday. The buses run frequently so there is very little waiting time and we are dropped off right outside the terminal. The same efficiency is there on our return. It does pay to write down the bus stop number and zone on the ticket (or photograph it on your phone) so no time us lost on finding your car on coming back

The post code took me to a service road in the airport on arrival. We called and the lady was very helpful. On our return at 12 in the morning... I found the directions to the bus confusing at the airport as the buses were all downstairs apart from ours... better signage in the airport terminal would be great.

No the change I made online did not show up on the car park system and they were expecting me a day later, so the barriers did not open. This was rectified by the staff however.

there were no staff to be seen in the car park, but the bus from the airport was very prompt, and if you remembered the number stop you got on at then your car is easy to find when you return.

Everything went smoothly after I made the booking. There was an issue with the charge during the booking process. I was charged £70 instead of £68 and I had to ring 3 times in order to get the difference

The directions to available parking areas and available places are not always clear especially in the dark. Despite a flight cancellation causing a late arrival the staff were very helpful and caused the minimum delay to our onward journey
