Trouble free booking system, clear directions and easy car parking on arrival. Bus to and from terminal was clean and on time. There was one waiting as we came out of the terminal so couldn't ask for more

Booking easy - instructions clear - machines all working. However, flight came in to north terminal on return, and it is not possible to board a bus outside north terminal to travel to south terminal car park. Meaning a long walk dragging cases all the way back to south terminal. Very irritating after a full day of travelling, and leaves a reluctance to repeat the arrangement.

Great! Just one thing re Long Stay Parking: it is far from obvious that prepaid customers and pay on the day ones can use the same machines on exit. It would help if you could have the operator put a sign on each saying "Prepaid? Just put your ticket in this slot. Paying today? Ticket in this slot and credit / debit card in that one".

The car park is easy to find and very close to the airport. The transfers were very frequent so we were very happy, BUT on the way back, we had to spend about 20 minutes on the bus whilst it dropped off at all the other zones. This would probably put me off booking this particular car park again, unfortunately.

No. Not good this time round. The bus couldn't get out of the car park as he went to incorrect barrier.... We had family waiting in the terminal.... Not a good start. Coming home was awful... We waited some 40 minutes st the terminal for the bus to fill up and then spent a whole 50 minutes driving round to finally get to our bus stop in the car park. Awful service this time round.

From booking online to using Long Stay Parking, all was very straightforward. As I was travelling alone at night I preferred to be at this car park than having to find one down dark country lanes

easy to find. easy to park. bus there to take you to the terminal 5 minutes away. Make sure you write down your bus stop location as it's difficult to remember exactly where you parked after 2 weeks holiday if you don't (and car park is huge).

The signs to find the bus stop were poor, the only sign we saw that actually said Long Stay Bus stop, was around the corner and not able to be seen until you were actually there.
