Staff very helpful, but not enough disabled bays. It would be helpful if disabled bays could be reserved. Went into a family friendly space, but not enough space around the car for safe exit

Only one issue with directions to the south terminal long stay car park, as the post code found on the internet took us to the taxi, & coach drop off area & not having driven there before & at 2.30am in the dark I thought "oh no" where do we go now. that aside plenty of parking spaces well signed areas frequent buses to the terminal.

Not particularly - the pre-booking did not work when we got to the car park which caused us delays getting in and then we had to get our ticket validated on our return causing further delays to our trip home.

1st time I have used the long stay car park. Really surprised how easy it was. Bus arrived within 1 minute, dropped us right outside airport. On return, bus pick up was again right outside, even though we just missed one, another one arrived within a few minutes. Considering the cost for 15 days which, I feel was a bargain, highly recommend and will definitely use again

The service was excellent and quick as ever but I had a bad experience with the approach of one of your staff. I was parking the car in a corner space where a cone was placed and we had this man who said with this exact words... "You have to move your car. The cone is there for a reason and if the bus damege your car you will complain to the company, don't you? Look for another space." That was quite rude and I really don't expect that to happen again.

Everything was fine until I came to exit when the machine said I had an outstanding amount of £125 to pay. Then it took a while for the help button to be answered. After a few questions it was cleared and I could exit. The question is why did this fault occur??

Booking incredibly smooth, thought the 'trip summary' page at the end of my booking was fantastic - especially as I'd only booked car parking with you. I wouldn't book the Gatwick long stay parking again but that's purely because of the way they organise things when you return - took an absolute age to get back to the correct car park because the bus has to go to each one! V impressed with your service though

The only thing I would suggest is better signage as the enter the car park to say where the spaces are. It seemed some of the Zones were closed because they were full so why not have a sign saying which Zones to head for with spaces. It would have saved us, along with a few others sailing round the whole car park trying to find an open zone.

Everything was perfect, well signposted on arrival (3am) bus was ready, took less than 10 mins to get to South Terminal. On arrival home, well signposted for us to find the bus, again swift transfer & wefound our car straigh away & we're out the car park in 5 mins. Would definitely recommend. Although a little pricier than purple parking, the service (timings,security etc) are worth the extra. Will definitely use again.
