When we went to leave the car park and put the ticket in it said we owed £95. Had to reverse and go in customer services where they found that our ref hadn't been put in by you

At 05.00 there were aprox 80 people waiting for transport at bus stop 12. Eventually [5 mins after the next bus was due to arrive] two buss arrived. These werepacked full, still leaving people stranded waiting for a third buses to arrive. Two buses could be seen stationary at the far side of Car park D - making no effort to collect those still remaining. Not good.

Buses to dedicated zones. Having been made to park in zone D I had to stand on a packed bus whilst we visited numerous stops in zones a, b and c first.

Everything went well, except that the waiting time for the pickup bus was over 10 min. Also, as there were lots of people waiting, not everyone could fit in the bus and I could not see a second bus immediately after although the bus driver announced his colleagues that there were people left behind. It looks to me that you either need more buses or otherwise you need to look at your process and improve it.

Directions were good. Parking on the airport saves time also. Pulled up to barrier, picked up ticket, gate opened, parked up. Left car and got bus to terminal. Got bus back from terminal, straight to the car. And drove out. Could not be more simple and straight forward.

As usual everything went without a hitch. Nice to get a welcome early in the morning, even if it is from a machine rather than a person. No need to contact your staff, but from previous experience they have always proved to be very helpful if needed.

Easy to find and transport from car park to airport entrance frequent and very good. Only downside was that as our plane was delayed and despite the fact that we exited the car park 15 minutes before the corresponding arrival time we had an additional penalty ticket for £15.
