Gates at the entrance didn't work. On exit, didn't recognise the car number plate, had to contact your administration team, then they could not find my booking, until I gave the booking number. This has happened the last occasions I have used the car park

Competitively priced - all went well. Could explain process a little better. I.e. Upon arrival at entrance barrier the machine issues a ticket based upon car registration recognition and this ticket is required for exit from car park.

Car recognition camera did not automatically recognise my number and so on return had to visit booth to prove payment had already been made otherwise they wanted another £235!

When l arrived it seemed very well organised,my number plate recognised etc little did l know l should have collected a ticket. When l wanted to leave l had to join the queue of all the other drivers who had the same problem. WHAT A MESS.

Parking and transport good only issue was severe lack of signage from arrivals to car park pick up .very confusing..

Our time for entry into car park was 10am for our flight which took off at 11.50. Would have preferred car park check in to be earlier. Bus transfer took long time and we had to run to catch the flight. Otherwise good.

On our return and we drove out through the barrier when we put in our ticket it said we had to pay £45 my husband went to query this as we had paid and the staff was very good and said there was a problem with the sensors when we booked in but all was ok.

I am glad you contacted me as you were on my list to contact to complain about our experience on the outbound part of our journey. We waited at the bus stop for ages in car park D stop 11. The build up of people was such that when the bus did arrive we could not get on - so we decided to walk. I would like £30 back on the price we paid.

Not particularly, a ticket was not given to us on arrival at the car park the barrier simply lifted as this was the first time using the long stay we assumed this was the norm, however this caused a whole lot of trouble on the exit as it would not let us through as we didn't have a ticket! There was a huge queue behind us and the staff inside not particularly helpful we had to fill out a form and show I'd even though we had an email confirmation of parking and we were in the car the let us in in!

Staff were brilliant. Facilities perfect as described, got to barrier on arrival but the machine gave me a ticket with the registration of the car that had gone before me,strange but your staff sorted it out for me.

Reg No. recognition failed on entry as barrier machine was out of tickets. The attendant was very helpful although I then had to verify the ticket on exit. Transfer coach back to car-park was over-full!

Parking so simple with regular buses to the terminal. Upon our return the driver was really friendly despite being early in the morning. We were the only ones on the bus and took us straight to our zone and bus stop.

All went to plan only slightly odd thing is the double entry into the car park when the bus returns. It does bus stop 1 and 2 then queues to go out the car park to come back in again and do the other bus stops!!
