When I arrived the barriers were issuing wrong tickets which meant I got a ticket for another car. The customer service lady was very good though and sorted it out when I arrived back in the UK

Everything went as expected.Post code easy to find,indeed very close to terminal.Shuttle buses come very often and regularly and drivers are very polite and helpful when you need them.But still something little inconvenient,inside the parking, signage is a bit poor and not too easily to be oriented. Anyway that's all for now, I will book again with the hope for little improvement.

A lot of the parking areas were closed off and we had to drive around for quite a while to look for a space which is not good when you are trying to check in time. this is the second time this happen the last time I spent 20 mins trying to find a space when other parking blocks where empty but closed off.

The only problem was that the sat nav said the entrance to the long stay car park was further along the route and we ended up in the normal parking in Gatwick and had to go back to the long stay.

Generally, the service was very good. Just little gripes - the bus coming back was very full, we seemed to trail about stopping at places with no-one getting off. Perhaps the driver could have told us the order we were going to be going to the various places, so the first people didn't have to fight through the crowds. We actually had a flat battery when we got back to the car. Fortunately, had a working mobile and the AA came quickly, but there didn't seem much help for people without those things. But of course, this is the car park, not holiday extras.

No you hadn't registered my car details so on exit I was asked to pay £80 after along flight and travelling solo it took 45 mins to sort out your error .

Need atleast 2 buses every 10mins as its busy your basically waiting 20mins to get on 1 due to buggys etc taking up space.
