No, On arrival at the gate, when I inserted my exit ticket the gate did not open. Had to speak to an assistant and explain who I was and my car ref. Gate did not open and demanded £125 although I had paid in full on line. Assistant not friendly or sympothic. No apologies, he only opened the gate without any other explanation. I shoke when you just come back from holiday where everyone is friendly and helpful.

There were no signs at the airport to say where to catch the bus back to the car park. I got on the wrong bus and wasted an hour getting back to the airport and still didn't know where to get the correct bus. Others were equally confused.

Long very slow moving queue at barrier on arrival - ticket machine not working. told to go to office on return. On return waited 25 mins for a bus. One came and dropped people off then sped past us and all 30 people in our queue completely empty. Went to office as told to explain why no ticket and staff took 10 mins to find proof that I had paid in advance before letting me out.

Car registration was missing from email confirmation which meant ticket asked for £80 payment at the exit barrier as the machine had no record of the prepayment. Had to park up and go into office to sort it out. Not happy after a delayed flight !

No bus didn't turn up on time then notice changed to bus stop closed whilst waiting at bus stop having first stated that bus would be 5 minutes. Had to ring telephone number as no one answered buzzer

We did wait a while for the bus to and from the Terminal they seem to be more like 10 minutes wait now rather than 5. Also when you offer on an online discount it is never the amount off that you say it will be which is naughty.
