after a long day travelling, exit gate chewed up ticket and rejected it went under the car had to ask 4 cars to back up, had to go to customer support office, he said it was your fault not mine, will try somewhere else next time

Despite a 3 hour delay in Sicily which meant arriving at 0300, the parking arrangements worked perfectly and we were not charged for the extra 3 hours

There was a problem when attempting to exit through the barriers on leaving. I was asked to pay £125, this resulted in a delay leaving, however, it was resolved by a member of staff - I understand problems sometimes occur - it's how there are put right is the key. The member of staff was understanding and helpful.

Well I think the staff at the long stay are running a scam as I and another vehicle in our party were asked to pay another £15 at the exit, I refused but the other party paid it, they will try and get it reimbursed. We landed about 40 mins late but then waited 45 mins for our cases, I would not of expected to be charged an extra £15 for no more than 2 hours late !!!!

this was our first time using the long stay. We didn't realise that on the shuttle bus we had to ring the bell for the bus to stop. We were the first drop off and had to wait until all the drops were done. So it would be helpful to have this information made known to passengers at the start of the journey

Long stay car park easy to locate and buses ran as said. I only have to wait 3 minutes after parking for the bus and was dropped right by the departure wing of the airport in under 6 minutes. The journey back to the car park from the airport when I got back was as smooth as it can be. Bus was waiting at the designated bus stop so didn't have to wait. The driver was also very polite and asked which stop at the car park each passenger wants. So all in all thumbs up.

The only thing that let the service down was the return jouorney to the car park. We, along with over 100 people waited over 20 mins for the transfer bus to collect us from the South Terminal on Sat 28th Mat. When the bus arrived another appeared within a couple of minutes. Not very good for those waiting the longest!! There needs to be some form of communication at the pick up point to let people know what is happening.
