We have now had 3 issues the last 3 times with Gatwick Long Stay Parking. Previously ticket issued did not work upon exit - regularly happens to others. The bus took 40 minutes from the Airport bus stop until our bus stop upon return. I feel we would be better off using an alternative parking facility. Also, some bus drivers have bad attitude and drive poorly - sharp sudden movements are not good for anyone. One bus tyre was almost certainly illegal on the bus we returned on.

The bus that runs from the airport to the parking area was a nightmare on the way back. It was full of kids and cases and we were thrown all over the place and struggled to stay on our feet because the driving was erratic.

The whole parking experience was excellent. The buses were regular and the driver was patient whilst I got on with 3 children, my mother and our luggage. I have already booked for my next holiday.

The instructions you sent were clear and accurate. It was quick and easy to find a space and get to the terminal. My only complaint would be that buses need to be more frequent at busier times: there were too many people to fit onto my bus and there were several elderly people forced to stand, which seemed rather dangerous.

Everything was as expected and went smoothly. The two things that could be improved are (1) the buses are a struggle to access with luggage and (2) the return bus stop outside the terminal is not clearly marked.

It seems very silly to be dropping off in car parks where no one needs to go. Would make it quicker on the return to have a way of advising the driver of the car park and bus stop. Also no signs to say the puck up point St Gatwick had changed.

The web site was simple to use. Your direction to parking site easey to follow. Extremely efficient staff helped me when I had mislaid my exit ticket. However still observing the security of ownership before allowing my car to exit. Excellent service. 5*.
