The return bus was far too full for all the people waiting and some could not get on. Apart from that everything was very good.

Parking before the holiday was very quick and easy and a bus came within a few minutes. There was a very long queue and wait for a bus to return us to the car park after the holiday.

We booked from 29/05/16 - 05/06/16 put out flight number in but when entering times I put 10am arrive home instead of 10pm and were charged an extra £15 when departing. We were very unhappy at this charge as genuine mistake and thought by asking for flight number you would know the time expected back.. We have another holiday booked in August and will probably not use this parking again because of the extra charge!! Could you please refund this payment?

All fine on way out. Coming home long queue for bus. Failed to get on first bus. Next bus very slow to load and move off. Problems at 3 barriers, long delays to get through

There was quite a wait to return to the car park as a number of flights landed together it would help having a member of staff to organise the wait and help load the coaches.

First time I got problem with you, didnt get an invoice ( just booking regerence), no adress or directions to car park etc.. I had to call and ask for those, on the barier I got asked to pay again £80.00, even I have paid before well in advance, it got sorted by the guy in the kiosk.

During the busy times when we went at half term there was not enough buss running from the car park to the airport and even rose n our return. There was a very big queue itch not nough buses running
