From the time we left the terminal to the time we left the car-park about 45 minutes had elapsed. 10 minutes for the bus, 25 minutes on the bus. 5 to find car etc. Too long. Car park too full. And what is the function of numbering the bus-stop points? Dick

everything was as you said - only grip is Gatwick airport - you cant actually get taken to north side by bus have to use mono rail from south to north but that's Gatwick - they need to put up signs saying that - as my son an his 1st time travelling girlfriend didn't know !!

Everything was good. Easy to park. Did not engage with any staff. Did have to wait a while for the return bus from the airport as one said out of service. Very near to the airport and where you park your car is where it stays. Have previously left my car in a car park before where staff park it and returned to find the wing mirror damaged.

Yes and on time. I liked the fact that we did not have to be driven far by the shuttle bus. The directions to the car park were very straight forward. I have used other companies to park at gatwick and this is so far was the best of them all. Thank you.

Mostly smoothly, the car park was very crowded which is to be expected, but we were able to find a space in the designated area after a short while. For me knowing that you are only a few mins away from the terminal with buses every few mins is the best thing about using airport parking.

Car spaces marked but non available - had to search in other zones then bus stops said drop off only not pick up- fortunately drivers were aware of chaos- apparently not uncommon problem and urged us to complain to parking operators. Never encountered previous problems booking with HE- at north terminal- but lots of people inconvenienced that day.
