The frequency of buses from Gatwick south to the long stay car park was insufficient to cope with the demand between 1300 and 1400 and resulted in excessive waiting at the terminal

20 minute wait to be picked up from the car park at 1300 9 Jun and 25 minute wait to be picked up from the terminal at 2330 13 Jun.

The only very minor thing I can adversely comment on is that we had to move the cones out of the way that were closing our lane otherwise parking and transfers were fine.

The only problem I had was the ticket was not issued automatically from the entrance barrie. The staff I spoke to were very helpful and professional.

Bus stop notices said they were not in use, a little confusing as you can only see this once at the bus stop. Pouring with rain and had to pull suitcases from bus stop to bus stop to be able to transfer to terminal. On the plus side only waited 5mins each way for transfers.
