Bus was quick and straight forward outbound but coming back people had buggies with children in in the isles so when it was time to get off you couldn't get past

I booked two cars for ten day duration. Paid in full on credit card when booked. Leaving car park at one thirtypm was asked when we put ticket in for payment of £170 when pushed button for assistance asked name and rev of car. Then let through no problem. I would not like this to happen again,knowing I paid in full for two cars months ago. But I would use car park again as I have used it before and nothing like this has happened. Bus service good to airport.

On our return the bus was at the stop, we got on along with other people & then sat there for 15 minster. We wanted bus stop 15.it took in total over 35 minutes to get to our car

All went very well. We found a parking place fairly easily and waited a short time for a bus to take us to the terminal. On the way back we got on a bus straight away, got dropped off at the correct stop and found our car. Straight through the exit barrier and off home. Wish the journey on M25 was so stress free!

We were charged on leaving car park although ticket from entry machine had number plate date in/out and £00.00. So we had to go to customer service to sort it out. Not impressed.

Slow pick-up at car park on 11th June. Now buses seem to pick-up or sat down. Don't remember that from before. Good service on return but suspect I was just lucky! Always use Long Stay South because of ease of use.

Sat Nav details directed us straight to the car park. On leaving we had to validate the ticket and it was easy given it was midnight and very few cars leaving. It would have been more efficient, as we had licence plate recognition, if we could have just driven through the barrier.

Arrived in Area A waited at bus stop 2, 2 buses went past but did not stop went to office and a curt woman said did I not see that A was closed and that buses would not stop at stops 1 & 2 and we should go to Area D went to Area D and got on a bus stop 12 eventually stopping at Area A bus stop 1 & 2 what was that all about ???

on arrival number plate was not reconised so help button had to be pressed and booking reference quoted. Not really a problem in daylight but at 2.30am is was very dark at entrance. But staff member very good produced ticket very quickly.

I have parked at this car park on a number of occasions in the past. The service has deteriorated badly.The buses do not run at the advertised intervals.Consequently the buses are excessively crowded and all waiting passengers cannot get on the bus. When you do get on the bus the crowding means that you are iunable to collect your luggarge and get off at your desired stop easily. I will not be parking there again people are left at p

Only one issue our booking was not registered on the car parks system, needed to present complete Holiday Extra documents to park, and again on return to exit,this was annoying and stressful!

There needs to be better signs at exit saying which level shuttle buses pick up at for long stay on airport car parking. Existing signs imply car park buses are at lower level, and after asking we went there first (again), before going back up to level 2.
