Everything went according to plan no issues were encountered during my use of the facilities, I would say that spaces were extremely limited so i had to spend longer than i'd expect to find a space.

Upon exiting the car park the ticket machine asked us to pay again, only double.This was resolved by the office person but lead to a back-up of cars behind us.

On the morning of the flight everything went perfect.Returning was very frustrating! When we went to catch the coach back to the car park, we got in the queue; or so we thought. People who came up after us, got ahead of us. Basically, there was no queue, no signs to say to queue and when the coach came,everyone around us starting pushing and shoving just to get on. YOU NEED TO GET THAT SORTED AND CHANGED!!!! Although we were 10th in the original queue, we were second from last to get on.

There is a problem with your camera which reads the numberplates. Our number ends VCM and there is a screw head just above the tail of the C and the camera records this as a G so every time we return he machine shows that we have to pay for the period that we parked even though we have pre-paid. On pushing the button on the machine and speaking to a member of staff we are usually asked what our number is and the matter is resolved. However we did have a female operator the holiday before last who was most unhelpful and made sarcastic comments about "it's a car park that's what happens" without listening to us. When we eventually managed to explain that the camera had recorded the wrong number she got very sheepish and just raised the barrier. We have used Gatwick North parking and crossed both ways at Dartford and these cameras have no problem with recording the correct number.

A very good service fro the office on-site, as we had a minor glitch with our ticket, but was sorted very quickly indeed. On booking our car parking there was a glitch with the system which was once we had entered all our dates and times, it was defaulting to the start date as the end date, we re-started several times with the same problem. This was resolved with a quick call to the help-line.

good service, no problems, even though our flight was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later we were not charged any extra for parking which was good as we had already had a bad time with having to wait so thanks for that. we always use holiday extras

The only real complaint I have is that we arrived at 3am and parked and stood at the bus stop to be told , over the tannoy that unless we were disabled we had to me, even though we were parked in a normal space. We then had to load our suitcases into car and drive car around to a different zone and then get suitcases back out and secure car again etc. This bus stop was choc a bloc with people and we then had to wait for 2 buses before we could get in. Making us later at check in than we intended. Car parking is great though . Will use you again

got parking ticket on entry on leaving could not exit went to desks they said I was not booked in arfter a long time they found I was you had not booked me no reg number got out arfter about 1 hour this I did not need arfter a long day did not need this when I book with gatwickparking.com no problem I use parking at Gatwick about 6 tims ayear but I will not be using you

No. Open Zone C was full, no parking spaces. Parked in Zone B, no pick-up available at B bus stop, only drop-off. Had to walk to Zone C. Bus on arrival was crammed, as queue was excessive. Not enough buses to take passengers at arrivals. On car park exit, ticket was not printed fully and would not allow exit. Had to go to Customer Service desk to get tickets validated for exit, staff not very approachable and baligerant. Overall, parking experience terrible.
