The driver of the bus on our return was absolutely fantastic! Put a smile on tired faces! He was driving the A-H parking zone bus on Friday the 24th roughly between 12:30 and 1:00pm. If only I had asked his name so you could pass on my thanks.

There was a huge queue waiting at the airport to get bus back to car park everyone was pushing and had to stand on the bus trying to balance our cases whilst standing up. More buses could be put on a busy times to stop this.

1st time we have ever used this and found it so easy, simple and smooth. The buses come very quickly outbound and inbound no hanging around which helps especially after a long delayed flight back and you just want to get home. Will definitely use again and recommend. The only downside is there are not enough disabled bays for people whom need them but we were lucky enough to get a parking space close to the bus stop. Apart from this it was great!

All went smoothly, however the details I had written on my ticket referred to the car park row by alphabetical letter and row. That row referred to the 'whole row' which was divided by the access road, therefore we spent twenty minutes in the pouring rain looking down one arm of the row until we recognised that the row included the 'other' side of the road too!

Buses running frequently, so close to terminal you could walk there, very helpful staff when we had issue with the machine not recognising number plate, will definitely be using again.

Booked 3 cars. Third ticket did not work on exit causing chaos as we needed to travel onwards following each other and there is no where for first to cars to wait whilst we sorted out 3rd.

A map of the area at thr bus stop fot return would have been useful. We were in 118 which was the other side of 117 to 119 - very confusing as when youve been away for 2weeks you lose your bearings.
