service good as always, but waiting at Gatwick for the bus was like a bun fight in school, you need to arrange better queuing order at the bus waiting area... aggression takes over and people don't know where the queue starts, so all try to push on the bus when it arrives!!

After we landed, we just missed a bus to the long stay car par, however, another bus arrived about 5 minutes after so was great we didn't have to wait long.

Only fault,and I guess the most common,was that my airline provider Monachs flight from Alicante was delayed by two and a half hours because of French traffic control strike. So you charge me another £15 for over stay. Not fair

The transfer time between the car park and airport is perfect. On the return journey, the driver seemed to service the different zones in a really weird order and stop to chat to other drivers. It was a bit frustrating as you just want to get back to your vehicle and get home but no other concerns

Parked at gatwick airport long stay carpark, went on holiday, returned from holiday, picked car up drove home. All you need from a long stay carpark. No muddy fields or additional mileage!!! Just a shame about the airport !!!

Arrived to find that my cars battery had gone flat. Contacted control only to be told that the guy who would ordinarily be able to help me had gone home already. Breakdown assistance should be available 24/7.

From arriving in to departing out of the Long Stay, everything went smoothly. The bus connection was frequent and quick between car park and terminal. I would gladly use them again.

I requested a ten day stay but on leaving the car park I was requested to pay extra as my booking was only for nine days,I asked for ten days when booking and I believe the quote was for ten days I gave my flight numbers so I don't know how this happened.

Clearer indication where to pick up bus.We were dropped at the opposite end of the departure terminal to where we were supposed to be when picked up. Driver should have exlained this when dropping off.
