Very fast and frequent bus service. On arrival back the bus drive round all the zones 2 of them were not needed by any passengers... The bus wasn't full, perhaps 9 people on it. I wonder before entering a zone the bus driver checks to see if any passengers need that zone for drop off? Saves time for everyone.

Entry system worked perfectly, lots of spaces for parking and prompt arrival of bus. However, on returning to Gatwick, poorly signed bus stop, a bus dropped off passengers and then changed the sign to 'out of service' despite there being lots of people waiting to go to the car park. Also, badly signed exit to M23/M25. We will know for next time!

Parked at Long Stay. Only waited anout 5 minutes for bus to terminal and on our return bus arrived within a minute even though it was gone 1.00 in the morning.

The app failed, didn't get a confirmation letter, so needed to talk to one of your customer service members who was very nice and helpful. But the barriers didn't recognize my number plate (probably due to app failing) and had to call for help, then on my return, it was not clear where the pick up bus was, and at the barriers they tried to charge me for my stay- so had to call again so they let me out. (I like your service- I just think I was unlucky to travel when you were having issues)

Very easy now that we understand we need to wait for number plate recognition before entering the car parking area,mew had previously just pressed for the usual parking ticket and that's where we were going wrong, once we were advised, easy

You did everything right. Coach driver was miserable at Gatwick North. Didn't tell us where to meet him on arrival and kept on breaking to send everyone flying. Could see him laughing

Easy to book reasonable price and fast pick up on the way out. Long queue on the return jam packed bus. My husband walks with a stick nobody offered a seat so he had to stand until we got off at stop 11 in zone D.

Everything was fine except for the bus back. It is always a free for all to get on the bus people just push in and people who have been waiting patiently do not get on the bus. Better barriers are needed at the bus stop so an orderly queue can be formed. Also the who did you travel with box below does not cover all options, an "other" option should be included. I travelled with my 24 year old daughter.

Return flight cancelled without any notice. Put up in hotel overnight. Returned next day, meaning in car park linger than booked. Your representative very understanding. Excellent result.

All was good as usual except for the fact that we were very tight for time due to traffic and were directed into car park D where there was only a couple of spaces left. by the time we found one we were late for check in and only just caught our flight to Canada.Big panic!

Staff extremely helpful. We accidentally left our car key in Crete. We took shelter in Customer services until a courtesy car arranged through AA arrived to get us home, We then came back with spare key, the next day.

please train your drivers to stop at the bus stop and not further down the road , this allowed those who came last to enter the bus first and those who came first to wait for the next bus.
