Everything went according to plan. Car park was well signposted. Didn't have to await long for a bus each way. No problems with the barrier letting us in and out and recognising number plate. Bus drivers were friendly and accommodating. All in all a great service.

The only problem that we had was, that we had booked a taxi to take us from the airport to the hotel, but we were Two and a half hours late getting in and the number we had been given for the taxi co wasn't answered when we called to advise them,mercer nontaxi on a rival and we had to pay for another service to take us to the hotel.

Arrival and departure were smooth although the arrivals bus was very busy. A lot of people had to stand up which is OK when you're young but not so good when you aren't.

Very quick and easy to park. Recognised the number automatically. Lots of space and not to far netween bus stops. Very good value and more secure than other car parks I have used around Gatwick and no long drive to the airport.

Long stay South car parking was do easy. Excellent directions were provided, the parking was so close to the airport, and the buses really did turn up every five minutes. Excellent all round.

It was my first time to use car parking and as it was a late arrival this was great if i was to travel alone i would use coach/train service as it was a tad expensive however it was very conveinant (excuse spelling)

We have booked with you before and been very pleased. However I could not travel on the date stated and due to Easy Jet cancelling my 2nd attempt only used the car park for 3 hours and not ten days! None of this your fault.

Yes,.. but I would have like more information about how the long term parking works,..the nº of bus stops in every parking area (A, B, C,..), and location of your car when you'll be back home,..I had serious difficulties to find my own car.
