Parking was easy to find and transfers were quick and easy. Staff were on the buses were helpful. Prepaid parking all very simple and I liked that you parked your own car and kept your keys with you all the time so it stayed where you left it in an "ordinary" car park not jammed in in rows somewhere.

Everything went smoothly. Finding the way to the M23, upon leaving, was difficult because, in my opinion, the sign-posting was inadequate, and I found myself driving back through the drop-off zone of the airport before finding an adequate sign to the M23.

Yes staff very helpful, although the email you sent me after I'd looked on your site for parking at the South Terminal was misleading. It said 10% off but the "small print" said South Terminal Parking was 3 or 5% I think. I also tried to get staff discount as s friend works for you but that wasn't 10% either. This sort of trick marketing can be quite annoying.

On return, the bus queue was long. Th ebus sent to collect us was not big enough for all, second bus arrived 10 mins later. Standing like sardines and th eheat was iunbearable.

I have used this service at least once a year for many years. Booking was fine but parking charge was much more expensive than in previous years...by almost 50%. Pick up on arrival was good, but had to wait about 20 minutes at terminal on way home. I will certainly now consider using other car parks on future trips.
