On return we put our ticket into the barrier to leave but was surprised to find it wanted to charge us £230 to leave. I had had to amend our booking on line and thought this may be the issue, the operator was extremely helpful and sorted it immediately for us. Thank you

On this occasion, it all went smoothly, your driver @ the bus pick-up was welcoming and helpful. On a previous occasion, I had left a n interior light on, had a flat battery, your staff summoned the AA and we were fixed and on our way very quickly. We would not consider any other parking operation. you have been our regular team for the past 4 years

Our car was recognised on arrival and everything went smoothly. It is a short coach journey to the South terminal and is only a short monorail journey to the North terminal.

Very straightforward, old fashioned parking plus shuttle bus to the terminal, but at an excellent price. Very pleased to see there was 2 hours free if you got delayed or arrived a bit early like we did.

Have used this service to book long term parking at South terminal several times. It's easy to book. Parking is secure in well lit car park with 24hr service if the need for help should arise. The shuttle bus runs frequently to and fro the south terminal for a stress free start and end to the holiday.

Bus was 100*f. No air conditioning. Uncomfortable journey. Took too long to reach our parking zone. Difficult to get cases on and off board. Had to stand; not enough seating.

The ease of parking and the bus service no issues and was smooth. The only criticism is that when we arrived back at Gatwick and first came out of the airport there were no signs for the long stay bus stop to be seen and was a little confusing. It was only when we walked around a little that we eventually saw the sign.

Directions were good to get to the place, once we arrived it was very difficult to know where to park, had to contact staff to find out where to park, make sure you take a mobile phone.

I had to take a card at entry as registration plate not recognised and was therefore delayed on exit from car park as I had to go to reception to have the ticket validated. I thought my car registration would have been recognised facilitating the procedure. However the staff were most helpful
