improve the drop off on return. We wnet through every zone even thse where nobody needed dropping off. Very frustrating when you can see "your" zone in the distance but still traipsing through the rest.

Great service. Ticket didn't work at exit but staff presence was very helpful. Validated the ticket and I left without any hassle. Bus service is very frequent.

The Google map link sent in the confirmation message does not take me to the car park. I was delayed and missed my flight. What are you going to do about it. I don't even get a refund!

I don't know whats happened to your service but this was not good.When the bus arrived at the stop(Bus Stop 8) the driver looked as miserable as sin,stopped about 4-5 ft away from the kerb no offer of assistance................ When we arrived at the terminal, again well out from the kerb,no offer of assistance again. On leaving the bus we thanked the driver but nothing back not even a grunt, nothing

The only staff I see were the bus drivers very polite and safe drivers and on way back the driver asked all what zone req so time wasting going round very good job

1. No, I missed my flight. 2. Yes. 3. Not really, as you will not refund my parking fee (it is a matter fro travel insurance, even if I don't have any), when large signs all around the car park sa less than 2 hours are free - 40 minutes is less than two hours.

staff were excellent I lost my ticket to exit the car park and reception sorted this for me really quickly so we could drive home with minimum delay will use them again next time we fly from gatwick

Signs all showed that the carparks were closed when dropping my car off. Meant I had to leave it further away than I wanted. On return no system in place to ask people where they had left their cars. Bus followed a route where no one got off for 4 stops..

South Terminal Long Term is close by the terminal with quick transfers. On this occasion, I left passports in the car. Driver took me back to our stop first and also radioed to the other bus asking him to hold up for two minutes and wait for me. Both drivers an absolute credit to themselves and organisation.

On arrival at the designated parking area one has to drive in and out each lane trying to find just one parking space. Just adds to the stress of travelling!
