We were charged an additional £15 at the exit gate, despite giving you our flight details, we were not late leaving.

We had to wait a very long time( almost 30 mins) for the bus to pick us up for on departure which meant we had to rush in the airport so we weren't late for our flight. Signs on bus stops were wrong or unhelpful

the only problem that was encountered was at the end of the holiday, leaving the car park when the ticket machine failed to read the parking ticket and I had to seek help from the member of staff in the office. the problem was quickly resolved. Fortunately it was not busy at that time of day.

On way out of car park, after putting the ticket in, machine stated outstanding amount was £15. We tried to ring through via the machine which took around 15 to answer and a load of cars behind us. There was NO outstanding amount and paid before we came. It was 12.50am and we had a 2 year old and a 7 year old. Will not be using that car park again, terrible service!
