All good apart from your entrance camera that can read w on number plate. So when I went to leave it asked me for £225 when I had already pre paid! The assistant was helpful and quick in rectifying the problem. But a pain having to park and get out with lots of kids on board.

Incredibly unhelpful staff when we collected the car. We mislaid our paperwork and despite the parking ticket having our number plate the staff were reluctant to check our booking details. Your employee advised my husband there was no booking in our name and then said we had booked for the Short Stay (this was last year!) When I located the paperwork he told us that he hadn't been able to find our booking because I had left off the car registration number. This is not correct as the booking form showed. Although we had only returned from Greece, we had been travelling since 8am and were keen to get home to Wiltshire before 9pm, the whole experience was very disappointing.

When leaving came up we owed £125!. Spoke to assistance they said you did not give them my registration number, lady was very rude but eventually let us out but very stressful and was delayed

Everything went very smoothly, our only problem was that we took the wrong turn initially when coming in to the car park and ended up at the short stay car park. After stopping and reading the instructions again we ended up in the right place, reading instructions in the dark not my strong point.

The parking was good plenty of spaces. The buses to and from the terminal were frequent. The only issue was it wasn't clear why/ which bus stops were pick up and which were drop off.

The outbound travel with the parking and bus journey was good. However on the way back the bus broke down and we had to walk to our car from where the bus broke down. Whilst I understand this is an unavoidable event really it just added to the chain of events we had already experienced in the fires in Madeira the night before. I would use your service again as I have previously but was just left a little disappointed especially as the driver didn't really explain initially what the problem was. This lead to people getting off the bus then back on. It was I have to say poorly managed by the driver.

The return shuttle bus was very slow to arrive and stopped at every stop. It took a long time to get back to our car. Improve return shuttle bus service.

Yes only problem was that on our return we didn't wait at the correct bus stop to get back to car at first. Sign posting not brilliant. Also not clear what bus company we should travel with.
