The only issue we had was when we were leaving. The ticket had no data on it.so the barrier in the car park would not raise. Rang the button and the gentleman at the airport sorted it.

All very convenient would be helpful to split the rows a and b as well as numbers - lots of v similar cars and dark makes it difficult to spot!

Didn't get an automatic ticket at the barrier. Had to press for entry then got a ticket with a letter missing from my registration number. On return had to explain it all over the intercom. Your "system" didn't work for me.

Everything went smoothly. Clear pricing. Easy parking procedure enter the car park find a parking bay park up and head to the nearest bus point, hop on the bus to the terminal and upon your return hop on the bus back to the car park back to your car load back up and pop your card issued upon entry into the machine on your on your way home

Ok going but when coming back unruly children clambering all over where luggage stored and wouldnt sit down.Very noisy shouting and dangerous.Driver eventually told parents to get them to sit but took us 40 minutes approx toget to our car at G16 which seemed much longer in the circumstances.Stood up in plenty of time to get off and the driver drove straight past our stop and went slightly past the next stop although I told him we needed to get off as he had passed our stop!so had to walk back.The unruly kids had got off just before this and I dont think the driver was concentrating.So overall not impressed.

Easy and smooth procedure. Bus stop on return need to be more clearly signposted as that's the only thing it took us time to locate. Plus food court was not very varied.

All went smoothly until we inserted our ticket into the barrier. It didn't register that we'd prepaid and indicated we owed £245. We were fortunate that someone was manning the customer service booth who kindly corrected the details so that we could exit.

Sent to a zone with no spaces for 10 minutes of searching. Eventually sent to different zone but then no bus - by the time we'd called customer service and one turned up we just managed to get on (but the people at the next stop didn't). Return journey was quick easy and perfect - so not all bad.
