On return only one staff seemed to be working, the other came back later. Place was dug up but on the whole an easy ride.

Fantastic. The best car park we have ever put the car. Staff were lovely. Organisation excellent. So very close to the airport, buses every 4 minutes or so. made the jour ney so much more pleasant. Will definitely book the car in there next time we go the others can't hold a candle to it. Thank you so very much

Yes, yes and yes! The only thing I would say is, I thought the car would be waiting for me on the forecourt to collect when I returned - but it wasn't a long walk round the corner and it was easy to find. A fantastic service at a great price, I'd definitely use it again!

I was a bit concerned as I booked the car park at Gatwick on the internet just hours before we left, but everything went very smoothly which is so important for a relaxing start to your holiday. The car parking was trouble free park your car hop on the bus and within minutes you are at Gatwick departures, even the bus driver was funny and talked to us all over the tannoy crascking jokes, very good service, will dwefinately use this company again, and your website is very simple to navigate, with all the information you need.I have used the website in the past and never had any problems. Everything you need to complete your holiday.

Good parking with quick transfer to terminal. Quick carwash on-site would be good. Car park is under flightpath and car gets fallout from aircraft.

Online service was great. The outward staff were great. On our return the lady wasn't particularly happy and didn't say good morning/afternoon or can I help you? She took the yellow card, told me where the car was and gave me the key - not a very friendly response, I don't think.

Not very clear that payment online was made when you got your parking ticket. Noproblems when we went into the kiosk but were a bit worried all holiday that we would have to pay again on our return.

Did not realise that long stay and long stay plus were completely different car parks, ended up walking around trying to find correct car park. not really your fault but the difference should be made a lot clearer on the booking and on the buses themselves.

The staff were helpful and the system very good, but the car was parked too far away for us to carry the luggage to .... much further away than if we had used the normal car park with different bus stops. I had to drive the wrong way up a one way road to be able to reach my husband and the luggage!

We had problems with pick up as we had to leave the car with our suitcases and returned later, but experienced excellent service when we contacted the office. On our return we had a flat battery and the bus driver called ahead and we were met at the car with a man who helped us. We very much appreciated the steepy help we received on both occassions and would like to thank all the staff. THANK YOU TO ALL.

Gatwick South Terminal was carrying out works on upper level which meant we had our long stay car park drop off and pick up on the lower level. Walking that ramp I wanted to avoid so a disappointment but otherwise fine.

Everything was perfect, from the price to the ease of use on website, and smooth transition getting to and from the airport. The transfer bus was there as soon as we came out of the airport - and we were baqck with our car in 5 easy minutes! Perfect after a long flight.

Directions were easy to follow. Arrival and exit were smooth. Bus connection to airport was good. The only concern was finding an actual parking space as it was very full and you had to keep driving around.

Everything worked perfectly except for me, I left the inside light on, I realised it just after we got on the bus to the terminal, I gave the driver details who passed them on to the people parking my car so the light was switched off and I did not return to a flat battery. Well done, Thank You

We got a good price for the car park, and the whole process was fully automated - I was impressed that our car number plate was recognised at the barrier and that makes online booking even more attractive if we ever travelled to the airport by car again.
