The only point to make is that the traffic signs on entering the site, before finding a queue, are confusing. I found myself trying to go into a No Entry! Otherwise the system was very efficient, and the transfer quick.

It was difficult to see the zones so early in the morning, despite staff pointing us in the 'right direction' - we still ended up parking in another zone from the one recommended.

I thought the car would be near the office upon my return (i.e. in the pick-up lanes) rather than in the general car park. But it wasn't too far away.

Very efficient service, even though we experienced a 10 hour delay on our return journey I contacted Long Stay Plus from Faro airport and to my relief this was not a problem at Long Stay Plus. I would definitely recommend this service and will use it again in November. Holiday Extras was able to meet all our needs very effectively and the service is prompt.

Everything worked very well. Within 15 minutes of parking the the car on arrival we were in the terminal. We just missed one coach on our return but was still on the M23 within half an hour, great!
