We had to wait 15 minutes for a bus to take us to the airport, whilst about 6 buses on drop offs went past. However, there was a bus there to take us back to the car park very promptly and it was late a t night - so mixed reviews.

Simple and straight forward albeit rather difficult to find a parking space on arrival (appears we had the only remaining space on the plot). Buses frequent and reliable however the lack of seating, combined with the drivers rather eratic braking, made for a very unsettling ride back!!

Having to travel alone to the airport, the scariest thing was finding the car park at the biginning of the holiday and getting back to the car at the end. your instructions were so clear and easy to follow and everything so well sign posted that it was simplicity itself. All that and cheap too! Thanks

Needs more clarity when arriving at the car park as there was a choice left and right at entrance, there was nothing saying prepaid on the ticket issued so i was undecided about going for the customer service kiosk or going straight to the exit on leaving

Very easy to use - park, check-in, jump on the bus for 2 minutes and at the airport main entrance and reverse. I couldn't fault the service, check-in was smooth the staff were helpful and quick.

What great airport parking !! We dropped our car off and got straight on the bus, it was so easy. The best thing was that we were a bit dozy (it was 5am after all) and had left one of our bags at reception-they put it on the next bus and our panic was only for a moment !! Thank you so much !

Everything went fairly smoothly. The drop off point at the airport was different than published but we were told about this. However we were told that the pickup would be at the same place but it was in fact moved back to the original place without any notice.

Very easy, smooth process from booking to parking. Instructions were comprehensive and easy to follow and I found the whole experience quite painless. However, one thing: we were not dropped off or collected from the upper forecourt as described on your website.

Dropping off the car and the transfer to Gatwick was easy. On the return journey to collect the car I had to wait for 25 mins for a bus along with enough people to fill 3 buses.

Great system. Number plate recognition meant we just took ticket at entry barrier and self parked car. Transfer bus arrived promptly for drop off and pick up. Just entered ticket at barrier on exit and we were off. couldn't be easier. No queueing to pick car keys etc. Will definitely use again

Generally, everything went pretty well, what we found a little frustrating was the fact that there were no trolleys either on arrival or departure to transport luggage to and from the drop of point to your car, or indeed any loading bays at the office to park and load your luggage on return from your holiday. I also believe it would be helpful if directional signs could erected further out telling you where to go.

Yes, all went very well. Staff helpful and friendly. However, for some reason although I'd paid online my registration wasnot recognised when I entered so I did have to check with customers services on the way in and out. I know however this is not a common problem, so will not let this effect my future use of your service.

Our only slight moan is that due to work going on at Gatwick, we couldn't be collected as advertised from the top deck. Would it not have been possible to have been advised of this change at the booking stage? Luckily, we read about it on the bus taking us in, otherwise it could have caused us some confusion and a little more unnecessary luggage lugging. Everything else was a doddle.

comfort of service was good, but a slightly lower mark is given for following reasons. I am not too keen on being expected to give a tip for a prepaid service (please pay the drivers more) and the return transfer was approx running 45 mins late, so we panicked a little in getting to the airport too late to check in. but it all worked out in the end.
