It was very straightforward and easy. We just parked and went to reception handed our keys in, got a ticket and jumped on the shuttle bus! We even got help from the bus driver to load our luggage as I had my toddler with me and my disabled mum.Would definately use Long Stay plus again!!!!!

Booking online excellent; very user friendly. Car park Gatwick South easy to find - but the smallest spaces in the world and people had purposefully parked over 2 spaces to allow themselves more room (they should be charged double). Took us 35 minutes to find a space - not good when you have a plane to catch. Bus service to airport excellent though, frequent, clean and easy to find.

Yea evrything was good. My only dissapointment was on return to car the bus first went to A1 A2 then D car parks before going to B6 so you would think B5 is next but no it then went to C car park before going to B5 what i wanted. But other than that is was excelent

Could not have been any smoother. Parked in seconds, on the bus to the airport within a few minutes. Coming home we were back at our car within no more than two minutes of exiting the airport. Excellent service.

The only disappointing factor was that yet again, when we went to exit and put our ticket in the exit barrier machine, a message appeared as go to office as unpaid. We had paid by creditcard before departure

Because of the improvements to the road system being made at Gatwick South Terminal the Exit from the car park is not at all clear. We found it very confusing especially I think because it night time.

not really smoothly, as the road to entrance of the parking was shut, so we got lost! Getting lost at LGW is not funny, and map to the entrance of the parking should be updated, and more user friendly. when its the busy periods, its hard to find the entrance to Park Plus, so it needs to be more clear to find the place. Road map needs updating to be precise!

I booked to park at Gatwick in the long stay carpark at the south terminal. We used the postcode given, which cleary stated 'South terminal' to find our destination using Satnav. However we were confused when this took us directly to the long stay - north terminal car park. Our experience would have been a 10 if it hadn't been for this.

It was only airport parking but it was very good (except that there was a crash on the M23 so the coaches could get us from the airport to the car park on the return journey but that wasn't your fault).

Excellent service, never waited more than a couple of minutes for the bus. When our flight was delayed, and we over stayed on our original car park exit time, there was no extra charge made. Will definately use this service again.

I was given the impression that my car would be near to the reception area upon my return - and therefore quick and easy to find. Instead, when I return from holiday, I was shown a map (which I couldn't take with me) and told where to locate my car in a very large car park. It was pitch black because the carpark lighting had been turned off and my car was a quite hard to find. Infact, I had to go back to the reception to check the map again before I acually found it. This might have been ok in the day time, but it was 2.30am and I was very tired. Wouldn't use this service again if doing a longish flight and arriving back at night...
