Really close to airport - better than going 20 mins further away and then 20 mins to get to airport - would definitely choose again

Gatwick Long Stay Parking was good. Altough we just missed a bus another one came along in 5 mins to take us to South Terminal. We had a very jolly busdriver, considering it was only 6am, who gave us all the necesary information about where to catch the bus on return, etc. On return we had to wait for 15 mins before our bus turned up to take us back to our car. Interestingly it was the same bus driver as we had on the outbound trip and he was sill just as jolly at 5pm.

On 18 December the car park was closed because of the snow. While I understand the problems, the snow was forecast some 3 weeks earlier and so contingency planning including pre advice to customers should have been acted on.

Booked north car park then we were informed we needed south car park,Gatwick. Call Centre staff very very helpfull rectified the our booking requirements which took out a lot of hassle. very pleased with service and at the car park.

Great value, cheaper than getting the train to the airport. Easy to find and only minutes on the bus to and from the terminal. Good facilities and car easy to locate when we got back. Would recommend.

No problems at all. Found my car easily on return as it was parked fairly near but this could be a problem if parked far away from reception, especially if dark and raining, as they do not give you a map but only point it out on their reception map.

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours and was concerned because I stated a pick up time. However I did'nt need to worry because everything was fine when I picked up the car and as always went very smoothly. We left a small bag on the coach. Dont know if its possible for the driver to remind everyone to check they have all their bags before they get off. In the end driver came back with our bag especially which was a great help and much appreciated.

Excellent service but staff could do with some training in their approach - they're not very friendly or charming and it would make a big difference, it costs nothing to smile! Nevertheless they are very efficient and that's most important!

Carpark was easy to find from directions given.A bus was waiting to take us to the terminal which only took a few minutes. On our return at 1 am we only had to wait 5 mins at the stop and got on the first bus. Our car was waiting for us near the reception. All for a very competitive price!

we used the long term parking at Gatwick - a really good price and really easy to use. You drop your keys off at the office and let them park your car and the courtesy bus picks you up right outside. An excellent service

Everything was great - just a thought to tell people that coming back from the airport to the car park the long stay buses are designated by zone - we got on the wrong bus (A, B, C, D) and ended back at the terminal to transfer back onto the right bus (E, F, G, H).

Directions were slightly unclear, as you enter the same place where a large ?9 a day sign is; but otherwise service was good. There could do with being a bus that goes from the South straight to the North terminal as we weren't the only ones who had to get two transfers each time.

The start is great,drop off car & keys,coach waiting at office to take to airport. The finish not so good,it took us 20 mins to find our car,why do you not give the bay number it is parked in, rather than try and explain where it is, which was very difficult to find in the dark,instant stress on return from a relaxing holiday

Great idea - I dropped of the family and bags at the terminal then drove the car to the drop of point on my own then jumped on a 5 min bus ride with no bags or fuss to meet back up with my family at the terminal. Easy
